Se sigue el sugiente howto de Falko Time
Como instalar Vmware Server en Debian Etch
En mi caso lo instale en un debian Sid 2.6.22-1 :)
Siguen el howto pero sale que no puede construir los modulos, una googleada y nos damos con esta
solucion
